Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse.
  • Orders which are dispatched & in transit cannot be cancelled.
  • On cancellation of your order a confirmation mail would be sent to your email account.


Replacement Policy

  • The replacement request for the products is to be sent within 5 days of receipt of the product.
  • Only Faulty & Dead on arrival products can be replaced.
  • A replacement order is dispatched as soon as the returned item/s has passed product inspection.
  • On inspection, the product returned should include price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
  • which were shipped along with the product else replacement is not initiated.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us, if the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
  • On product inspection, if returned item is not found faulty / dead on arrival product refund is initiated.
